Food Allergy and Food Intolerance are becoming
an increasing problem for many people around the
world. It is estimated that 45% and some research
has suggested that as much as 80% of the population
suffer from some form of food related illness.

for Food Intolerance and Food Allergies from a
simple blood test.
Food Allergy vs Food Intolerance
People often confuse Food Intolerance with Food
Allergy. The difference between them is the length
of time from ingestion of food to the onset of
symptoms and also the severity of the symptom.
With food intolerance, symptoms can manifest themselves
up to 72 hours following consumption and usually
they are not life threatening. A true Food Allergy
reaction is often immediate or possibly up to
2 hours later. Food Allergies can be life threatening
and may lead to full cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
We often suffer from chronic health problems without
knowing the reason. Sometimes symptoms
are hard to explain and seem unconnected to a
cause. This may be due to intolerance to certain
foods which have never been identified.
Although not life threatening, food intolerance
should never be underestimated, as it’s impact
on sufferers can be significant, severely impacting
on their ability to live normal healthy lives.
Food intolerance is extremely widespread and many
people with food intolerance experience more than
one symptom. Symptoms can often be vague and the
root cause of the problem, food, is not always
correctly diagnosed. Correct diagnosis can be
achieved by detecting food specific IgG antibodies
and the subsequent elimination of problem foods.
Many sufferers have realized that they had been
experiencing many symptoms as a result of intolerance
for their entire lives.
