Confirmation of the order:
You will receive an email confirmation from www.easternbiotech.com , containing your order details, immediately after you order a test. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.

Test Report:
This site provides you the report of your test online after the allocated time. You will be provided with a log-in name and password to view the test report. We may also send you the results as soon as they are available via email.

The information contained in the result of analysis is prepared solely for the use of the customer to whom it is given or sent by Eastern Biotech & Life Sciences. No other person will be able to take the delivery of the report on behalf of the person ordered for the test. In special circumstances, with a written document from the person concerned consideration will be given for delivering the report.

We accept MasterCard, and VISA credit cards online. We also accept cash or cheques for orders placed through the test centres.

Telephone, Mail and Fax Orders:
We encourage you to order online for the fastest possible service. Some clients may prefer the option of telephone, mail or fax ordering.
